These one-story buildings will have exteriors made of stucco, brick, thin stone veneer, and structural metal studs. Buildings I and II will be 9,082 square feet, while Building III will be 9,090 square feet. All buildings will have fire alarms and be fully sprinkled, making them type V-B compliant. The project also involves sitework.
